Data Processing

We collect the data needed to run workforce scheduling for your organization: employee names and contact details, schedules and shift records, time-clock entries (including GPS location at the moment of clock-in/out, used solely for attendance verification), and billing information for paying accounts. This data is scoped to your organization and is never shared with or visible to other organizations using MyShifts. If you'd like a copy of your organization's data, or want data deleted after account closure, contact privacy@myshifts.ai.
