How does GPS clock-in work?

Employees clock in and out from the mobile app, which checks their location against the geofence you've set for that location (Locations > edit location > Clock-in radius). This confirms they're actually on-site without requiring separate hardware. GPS data is encrypted at rest and only used for attendance verification.
