How we collect reviews

Every review on myshifts.ai comes from a real MyShifts customer. Who can leave a review Only signed-in workspace owners and managers can leave a review, from inside the MyShifts app, and each person can leave one review. We don't write, buy or import reviews. What we show The average rating includes every review we receive, including low ones. The only reviews we leave out of the average are spam. We only show the words of a review when the reviewer has told us we can, and we show them exactly as written. Reviewers choose whether we show their name and business or an anonymised description such as "Restaurant owner · UK", and they can withdraw that permission at any time from Settings. Moderation We may hide a review from the website if it contains abuse, personal information about someone else, or content unrelated to MyShifts. Every hidden review is logged with a reason, and it still counts towards the average rating. Incentives If we ever offer something in return for a review, those reviews are labelled on the site.
